By accessing or using the Neptunes e-learning platform, you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. DEFINITIONS
• "Platform": The Neptunes e-learning website, virtual labs, and all associated services
• "Services": Online MikroTik training courses, live virtual classes, digital resources,
and virtual lab access
• "User", "You", "Your": The individual or entity enrolling in our training programs
• "We", "Us", "Our": OMEGA-NET LTD trading as Neptunes
• "Content": All course materials, videos, documents, quizzes, and resources provided
on the platform
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By enrolling, you represent that:
• You meet the minimum age requirement
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 You must create an account to access the platform.
3.2 You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT
4.1 ENROLLMENT PROCESS
• Select your desired training program and complete the registration form
• Submit payment through our secure checkout process
• You will receive a confirmation email with access instructions
4.2 PRICING
• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT
• Prices are subject to change, but you will pay the price displayed at the time of enrollment
• Promotional discounts are valid only during the specified period
4.3 PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods via Shopify Payments.
Payment processing is subject to the terms of the payment provider.
4.4 PAYMENT SCHEDULE
• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Corporate/group enrollments may be subject to different payment terms
5. ACCESS TO SERVICES
5.1 LICENSE GRANT
Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
• Access the e-learning platform for the duration of the course
• Participate in live virtual sessions
• Use the virtual labs (EVE-NG/GNS3) as specified in your enrollment
• Access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational use
5.2 LIFETIME ACCESS
• You retain access to recorded sessions and downloadable materials after course completion
• Live session participation is limited to the scheduled course period
• Virtual lab access may be time-limited (check your course details)
5.3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for:
• A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended)
• A compatible computer or device (Windows, macOS, or Linux)
• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
We are not liable for technical issues on your end.
6. USER CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
• Share your account credentials with others
• Record, copy, or redistribute live sessions without written permission
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Share or resell course materials to third parties
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 OWNERSHIP
All content on the platform (course materials, videos, quizzes, lab configurations, logos,
and branding) is the property of OMEGA-NET LTD or our licensors and is protected by
UK and international copyright laws.
7.2 RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials outside the platform
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use our content for commercial purposes
7.3 USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you submit content (e.g., forum posts, questions, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for platform improvement.
8. INSTRUCTOR AVAILABILITY
• Live sessions are scheduled in advance and communicated upon enrollment
• Instructors reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
(with reasonable notice)
• Recorded sessions will be made available if you miss a live session
• Post-training support via Slack/Discord is provided on a best-effort basis
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do NOT guarantee:
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
• Specific learning outcomes or exam success
• That the training will meet your career expectations
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
While we strive for high-quality training, individual results may vary based on your
effort and background.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• OMEGA-NET LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
(including loss of profits, data, or opportunities)
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the training
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Slack, Discord, payment processors)
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or liability, so the
above may not fully apply to you.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OMEGA-NET LTD, its directors, employees, and
partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the platform
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
12. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
13. TERMINATION
13.1 BY YOU
You may cancel your enrollment according to our Refund Policy.
13.2 BY US
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You abuse or harass instructors or other users
Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page
with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes
acceptance of the new Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions
will remain in full effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire
agreement between you and OMEGA-NET LTD regarding the use of our services.
