1. NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Neptunes provides digital services and online training programs. We do NOT ship physical products.
All our services are delivered electronically via:
• Email (access instructions and login credentials)
• Online platform access (https://neptunes.tech)
• Virtual labs accessible through your web browser
2. DELIVERY METHOD
Upon successful enrollment and payment:
• You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing your account activation link
• Access to the e-learning platform will be granted immediately or on the course start date
(as specified in your enrollment details)
• Live session links (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar) will be emailed 48 hours before each session
• Virtual lab access credentials will be provided on or before the course start date
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE
• Instant Access: If you enroll in a self-paced course, access is granted within 24 hours
of payment confirmation
• Scheduled Courses: If you enroll in a live virtual class, access begins on the published
start date (e.g., "Du 05 Février au 05 Mars 2026")
4. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
Since we provide digital services only:
• There are NO shipping fees
• There are NO customs duties or import taxes
• There are NO delivery delays due to logistics
5. ACCESS ISSUES
If you do not receive your access credentials within 24 hours of enrollment:
• Check your spam/junk folder
• Verify that you provided the correct email address
• Contact us at admin@omega-net.tech for immediate assistance
We will resolve access issues within 24-48 business hours.
6. INTERNATIONAL ACCESS
Our platform is accessible worldwide. You can access the training from any country
with an internet connection. No geographical restrictions apply unless prohibited by
local laws.
7. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Upon successful completion of the training:
• A digital certificate will be issued and available for download from your account
• Physical certificates are NOT provided unless requested (additional fees may apply)
