1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

Neptunes offers online training services (e-learning) in the form of live virtual classes 
and access to digital educational resources. Our products are digital services and do not 
involve physical goods shipment.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Distance Selling Directive, you have 
a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your purchase without giving any reason.

However, this right of withdrawal is FORFEITED if:
• You expressly request immediate access to the training platform before the 14-day period ends
• You start participating in live sessions before the 14-day period expires
• You download course materials or access the virtual labs

By enrolling and accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

3.1 FULL REFUND (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
• You cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase AND
• You have NOT accessed the e-learning platform, virtual labs, or live sessions AND
• The training start date has not yet occurred

3.2 PARTIAL REFUND (Pro-rata)
• If you withdraw after the training has started but before 25% of the live sessions have occurred, 
  you may receive a pro-rata refund calculated on unused sessions
• No refund is available after 25% of the course has been delivered

3.3 NO REFUND
No refund will be issued if:
• More than 25% of live sessions have been completed
• You have been found in breach of our Terms of Service
• Technical issues on your end (internet connection, incompatible device) prevent participation

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES & SERVICE DISRUPTION

If we are unable to deliver the service due to technical problems on our end, we will:
• Reschedule the affected session(s) at no additional cost, OR
• Provide a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, you must:
• Send a written request to admin@omega-net.tech
• Include your full name, order number, and reason for the refund request
• Submit your request within the eligible timeframe

We will process your request within 14 business days and notify you of our decision.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. 
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days 
for the funds to appear in your account.

7. EXCEPTIONS

• Group or corporate enrollments may have different refund terms specified in a separate agreement
• Promotional or discounted enrollments may be subject to specific refund restrictions 
  communicated at the time of purchase
